About Sarah Jones

I'm Sarah Jones, founder of Red Apple Ventures. I love partnering with founders and teams to help their businesses grow, transform, and thrive.

With a background in M&A strategy and board-level advisory, I’ve worked across acquisitions, divestments, and operational leadership — including as COO at Gü Puds. With 17+ years across Healthcare and Consumer Goods, I know what it takes to align teams and turn strategy into traction.

Alongside consulting, I’ve launched businesses in SaaS and now working on something within Education wellbeing — giving me first-hand empathy for the pressures founders face, from funding to focus.

My latest (and most agile!) "innovation" is my young son — who reminds me daily that true growth rarely follows a straight line!
